🌞 Everything you see here was earned through sweat and pain—physically and mentally—and through years spent in silence.

Today I can look myself in the mirror and feel proud, because I used to be below average. When I see old photos of myself, I realize how far I’ve come. That pride is now stronger than any doubt that would have haunted me if I had never started.

As a kid, I went through sprains, knee and shoulder injuries, torn tendons, broken bones, a concussion, countless bike crashes, skin scraped on asphalt, and every risky situation you can imagine. In seven years of training, my elbows and joints have been through everything. I always used suffering as fuel—never as an excuse. Over time, I studied biomechanics and the human body to understand every detail of what I do.

I started without being able to do a single push-up. I could barely hang from a bar. Even 2.5 kg weights felt too heavy because I weighed only 45 kg. Some people laughed with me, others laughed at me. And there will always be people who try to bring others down with negativity, simply because they feel lacking themselves.

No matter what level you’re at—amateur or professional—what matters is consistency. Love and commitment to becoming a better version of myself are what drive me. My body has endured everything from deadlifts and squats, but these are basic movement patterns that I believe are healthier to perform than to avoid. We weren’t made to sit like we’re in cages—we were made to fall and get back up.

Despite everything, I never complained. I took breaks, caught my breath, and kept going. Seven years of training and learning, different training styles, different diets, dozens of injuries—and I’m still standing.
A hybrid athlete.

What bothers me most are hypocrites, and what saddens me most is seeing inactive people. Some individuals in wheelchairs are breaking records, while healthy people choose excuses. I can’t believe some are so lazy that instead of walking one or two kilometers, they order fast food every day.

It’s never too late to start working on yourself. The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is today. The journey is what matters—not the destination.

It’s not about how hard you can hit, but how hard you can get hit and still keep moving forward with a smile. 💪😉

💭🤔 This is not motivation. This is a reminder…

What we need to understand is this: social media is not reality. Things are not always what they seem. Don’t compare your entire life to someone else’s short highlight moment. Algorithms reward whatever grabs attention fast—and that often lacks depth or real value, no matter how good it looks on the surface. A perfect frame doesn’t exist—you create and define it yourself. ✍️

As time goes on, it becomes increasingly clear that algorithms unfortunately favor controversy and push the boundaries of what is considered normal. Almost imperceptibly, this creates a divide between those who accept such content and those who choose a different focus. The easiest thing is to jump to conclusions without context—between black and white. ⏳

Not only on social media but also in real life, some narratives are deliberately shaped to sound like insight, even though they lack direction. Their purpose isn’t a solution, but control over attention—feeding on reactions, emotions, and focus. This creates an illusion of competence, while responsibility and depth are intentionally avoided. In the long run, they build nothing, because these narratives are deliberately simplified, and the people behind them are internally hypocritical. 🎭🐍

If how something looks is always more important to you than what it truly is, you’re not following your own compass—you’re measuring yourself by someone else’s. Training—physical and mental—rarely lies. You get what you put in. If you compare yourself at all, compare yourself to who you were yesterday. Let the standard be what’s good for you, not what’s bad. A good old 20 kg bar will always be 20 kg. A push-up will always be a push-up. They don’t need explaining—they simply exist. They speak for themselves. 👁️😉

Some people will find strength for growth in training, others in art, writing, music, or something else entirely. What matters is that it makes sense to you, that it’s not destructive, and that it fulfills you. If it looks superficial to others, that’s on them. You have your why. Depth, message, and process matter. Perfection doesn’t exist—breathe in and continue on your path. 🍀

Hi! I'm Luka and I've been building myself through fitness for over 7 years. As a kid, I dreamed of being like a superhero – strong, capable and confident. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but I knew I wanted to be a better version of myself.

I'm not on social media to brag or pretend to be perfect – I've had my downfalls, injuries, phases of stagnation and doubt. But what I've learned is that it's enough to make at least 0.01% progress every day. The first step? Accepting your own imperfections.

The beginning of my journey was in my room. Push-ups, squats and a bag of books instead of weights. The first push-up? I ended up on the floor and injured myself. But I didn't stop. Today I bench press 140 kg, squat 180 kg and can do 100 push-ups in a row.

I've added over 30 kg of lean muscle mass, from a starting weight of 40 kg. Behind this are years of learning about training, nutrition, supplementation, biomechanics and mental strength.

Fitness is not a linear progression – there were ups and downs, but the key was to stay consistent. I was surrounded by people who believed in me, but also those who didn't. I knew why I was doing it and I didn't give up.

I have also worked on international stages – (Dubai, South America..), where I had the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience.

I am also a sponsored athlete and dedicated to a lifestyle that includes physical and mental development.

On Instagram and TikTok (@lukasthetix) I have gathered more than 50,000 followers, where I share my progress and motivate others.

My goal is to inspire and help, just like those I watched as a kid helped me, and on my Instagram profile under the emphasis “Coaching” you can see some of the results of people who decided to publicly share their success stories, many of which were achieved very simply online - via the internet. Of course, there is also a 1-1 option, although the first option is enough for the average person.

It's never too late to change. Every day is a new opportunity to become the best version of yourself.
